Songkran Festival in Thailand

泰國潑水節也稱宋干節（Songkran Festival）
4/13-4/15 in 2020 is the new year of the Thai Buddhist calendar. In the morning, you will first bathe and bid, and then go to the temple to bathe the Buddha and pray for blessing.

往年泰國街頭也時常會出現穿著傳統服飾的人載歌載舞，街上大家用純淨的清水相互潑灑，祈求洗去過去一年的不順，新的一年重新出發。

但今年因疫情影響，泰國各地全面取消潑水和娛樂活動，有些地方則依然保留宗教儀式。不過寺廟關閉，都只能在家中進行。
