Methodology
Go to Cambridge Homerton College or Oxford St. Anthony's College to take a 5-day research course (7 days and 6 nights of accommodation), and return to China to do a research project for one year and write a research report for publication. Upon completion and publication, trainees receive a postdoctoral fellowship certificate.
